Each TAPPAX tag includes lifetime usage with no app or subscription fees. You may transfer the tag to another item or person by updating the user profile accordingly.

  1. Refunds and Returns

TAPPAX tags are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact info@tappax.com for return authorization.
